This is a great place to eat. I know the kitchen management has changed. The food is great Morning or night. I stay here a lot, and everything I have tried has been great. Burger, salad, bar-b-que. It's all very good. The buffet in the morning is amazing!! One of my favorite over nights just for the food.

TOO expensive for what you got. Must say the only redeeming value here is that our waitress was sweet... Monse was awesome, but that still did not make up for the lousy breakfast buffet which grossed out my wife and the cup of mediocre coffee for $2.25 or so. We opted to Denny's across the street for the next mornings grub. Shame on the Hotel for not offering coupons for guest to have at least some pickings. Most hotels offer a complimentary b-fast there days. I cannot imagine what lunch or dinner here would be nor will I pay for the experiment. IF you like loud TVs then this is the sports bar for you.

Sorry to say I was left wanting...and waiting. Very much wanted a Craft Brew. Not that busy and after repeated tries and say 15-20 minutes, I walked out. Beer was $5+ anyway. I walked down to the Food Lion and got a 6-pack of Hoppyum for $9!

The food was average at best, but the service was absolutely horrible. I felt like I was being held hostage when it came time for the check. Then came the issue with using a gift card. The manager had to get involved and he was rude and borderline hostile. Avoid this place at all costs.

I signed up for yelp just to review this place. It was awful. Don't waste your time and money. Get some beer from the liquor store and go to McDonald's. I often stay at a nearby hotel, so I was happy when this bar opened to finally have more than one dining option. When we arrived, we inquired about drink specials. Our server told us it was happy hour, so we ordered a few rounds of drinks and some food. The food was mediocre, at best. When the bill came, our server told us that even though we ordered the exact same thing, our check totals were different because the drinks were entered at a different time. We ordered the same drinks at the same time, so there should have been no difference. The manager came over and said, in a rude and confrontational manner, that it was in fact not happy hour when we ordered and there was nothing he could do. In the end, it took 30 minutes to get our checks, which were still wrong. We finally gave up, tired and irritated. The manager could have quickly and easily resolved our simple problem, but instead, delivered the worst customer service I've ever seen. I won't be going back.

The service here was friendly. Unfortunately I came to eat, and food matters most when you dine out. I arrived at 7pm and my order for a grilled chicken Caesar salad was placed around 7:15pm. I was checked on around 7:45, and the waitress asked what i ordered. I did not receive my salad until 8:15pm. I was offered a free dessert for my wait. I asked what was offered, and decided to get the brownie sundae. The waitress took off in a hurry, only to come back and offer me another dessert instead. I politely declined. At that point, I had paid, and the waitress came out and presented me with a bowl of ice cream. I declined and walked out.

The food was delicious, the location was great since we happened to be staying at the Holiday Inn, but the customer service is really what deserves attention in this review. Our server was fantastic! Super friendly, extremely attentive, and she even addressed my 4-year old by her name. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

This place is very much your typical hotel sports bar. The common beers are on tap and the common bar food offerings are on the menu. Staff is friendly and the dining areas are clean. They have a very nice breakfast spread if you're a hotel guest. Overall, not a bad place to grab a quick bite if you're staying at the hotel and you don't feel like going out.

Food is American grill is preferred when starvation is the only other option. If you prefer food with no taste and mediocre service, you'll love it!

Horrible!! Extremely slow, orders come out wrong, I ordered the same item as a coworker and they came out completely different. I'd rather eat at Waffle House next door.

dog shit, ate at the bar, waited 45 min for my entree and it came out stone cold, sent it back and made sure nothing else from that kitchen was brought out to me to replace it, thanks for the free beer lames

More like The BAD News Sporting Grill!!! Service was slow! The waiter told us it was happy hour when it wasn't and then he charged us for the drinks and regular price! The manager was rude and did nothing to help us! It was a thin tall African American guy! He was not helpful and ruined our time there!
